Remember how yesterday I was in a hotel in Kentucky with the world's crappiest wireless?
Well, today I'm at a retirement home in St. Louis with some sort of archaic dial up monstrosity. It can always get worse, kids.
On the bright side, I am in St. Louis, which is like the happiest place on earth now. There is Busch Squirrel paraphenaila everywhere.
On the less bright side, I don't even dare try to add a picture to this thing, or to try and watch FOX's diminuative Ken Rosenthal's video preview. So we're keeping this bare bones for the moment; we may update later depending on the computer situation in Southeast Missouri, but I'm not going to hold out much hope.
To recap, yesterday we spoke briefly about the ALCS, and came down thusly:

WaPo Says: Rangers in 7
FOX says: Tigers in 7 (and it took me a year to find this, finally, on 10/13)
For the NLCS.... really, if you don't know me by now....

WaPo Says: Cardinals in 6
FOX Says: Cardinals in 7

I like all the remaining teams, which is good for ultimate satisfaction but bad for picking.
Though I agree that the Cheez-Doodle (sp?) mustache of the Brewers mascot is disturbing, and I'm not a big fan of Bud Selig.
I'd like at least to beat FOX, if only because I dislike their news division.
I'll pick Tigers in 7 and Cardinals in 7.
I'm going with Cardinals in 6 and Tigers in 7.

I know I am too late and this does not count but if I had picked I would have picked the Brewers in 6 and the Rangers in 5. And if nobody catches me despite stting out a round.....
